Treat yourself to the luxury of space and tranquility just a stone's throw from Lake Sanguinet ! On a 2600 m² enclosed plot , Gîte Osmonde welcomes you exclusively for your stays with your family, friends or family. Here, everything is private , so you can live together, while enjoying your own personal space.

Made up of three independent villas , the gîte can accommodate up to 28 people , with numerous facilities designed for your comfort, pleasure and conviviality.

🏠 Villa No. 1 – The Traditional (156 m²)

An authentic and family charm

• 5 bedrooms with double beds
• 1 shower room + 1 shower room with WC + 1 separate WC
• 1 relaxation area with games console and children's books
• 1 equipped laundry room: washing machine , ironing board/iron, clothes horse

🌿 Villa No. 2 – La Miellerie (121 m²)

The heart of collective life

• Large kitchen/dining room equipped for 28 people:
  • 2 induction hobs (6 burners), 2 fridge-freezers
  • Wine cellar, pyrolysis oven, 2 dishwashers, 3 coffee makers
• Cozy living room with sofa and TV (Freebox)
• 1 double bedroom + 1 shower room with WC
• Upstairs:
  • 1 double bedroom
  • 1 master suite of 25 m² with shower room and separate WC

🌼 Villa No. 3 – The Annex (82 m²)

Ideal for families or younger people

• 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 1 single bed
• 1 dormitory with 6 beds (including 1 bunk bed for children only )
• 2 shower rooms + 2 toilets
• Shared and friendly terrace in front of the rooms

🍹 An outdoor space designed for sharing and relaxing

Between villas 1 and 2, discover a large covered terrace of 100 m² with:

• Bar equipped with a professional beer machine (keg not provided)
• 2 electric griddles for your outdoor meals
• A huge 9-meter-long table for everyone to gather around

On the private land, enjoy:

• A secure swimming pool (5x10 m), open from April to October and heated from May 15 to September 15

The Gîte Osmonde is not suitable for parties or festive events , out of respect for the neighborhood and the tranquility of the residential area.
🎶 It is nevertheless possible to put a little music inside La Miellerie, doors and windows closed .

🔐 Outdoor cameras and respect for your privacy

Outdoor cameras are installed for security reasons, deactivated upon your arrival and reactivated only after your departure .

Unless otherwise stated in our special offers , the Gîte Osmonde is always rented in its entirety , regardless of the number of vacationers.
You will be the only guests on site and we will be delighted to welcome you warmly 😊
