❓ What is the maximum capacity of the accommodation?

Gîte Osmonde can accommodate up to 28 people in three villas. It's the perfect place for large families, family reunions, or get-togethers with friends.

For reasons of authorization and insurance, it is not permitted to exceed this number, day or night. Infants are counted in the number of people, even if they sleep in an extra bed.

No exceptions are possible, and failure to comply with the capacity will result in immediate termination of the contract, without any compensation.

❓ What is the minimum number of nights to book Gîte Osmonde?

The Gîte Osmonde can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights, regardless of the time of year.

However, during high season (July-August), during long weekends and school holidays, or for certain local events, a minimum of 3 to 5 nights may be required.

These minimum durations ensure a peaceful and quality experience for all travelers, while respecting the organization of the place.

The precise conditions are indicated automatically at the time of online booking.

❓ Is the pool heated?

Yes, the gîte's outdoor swimming pool is heated from May 15 to September 15 , to guarantee you optimal comfort, even outside high season.

A cleaning robot is available during your stay. For weekly stays, we visit at least once a morning to perform maintenance.

❓ Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in the cottage, at no extra charge, up to a maximum of 2 pets . To ensure this choice lasts, we ask you to ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood during your stay, and to leave no trace of your companions when you leave.

❓ Is the cottage suitable for parties?

No, the cottage is not suitable for parties or noisy evenings . It is located in a quiet residential area. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that silence be strictly observed outside between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate termination of the rental contract, without refund.

❓ Is cleaning included in the rental?

The end-of-stay cleaning package is mandatory . This allows you to fully enjoy your vacation without worrying about cleaning up afterward. It includes cleaning floors and bathrooms and bed linen rental.

The kitchen, fridges, bar, and griddles must be left clean, and the bins emptied.

❓ Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes and no... Bed linen is included in this package, but beds are not made upon arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also included.

You can take the "Towel Linen" option(1 bath towel + 1 hand towel).

❓ Is there parking on site?

Yes, you have several parking spaces inside the property, in complete security.

❓ How far is Lake Sanguinet?

Sanguinet Lake is 1 km from the cottage, accessible in a few minutes on foot, by bike, or by car. Ideal for swimming, walks, and water sports.

The lake is shallow at the edge, ideal for children!

❓ How does the key handover work?

We organize a personalized welcome upon your arrival , with a person on site to give you the keys, show you around and answer your questions as much as possible.

❓ Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit will be required upon arrival. It is returned within a few days of your departure, after checking the inventory.

A check for a €2,000 security deposit must be given to the owner upon arrival. It will be returned to you by post the week following your departure.

❓ Is it possible to arrive earlier or leave later?

Yes, outside of July and August , you can request an early check-in or a late check-out , subject to availability. A surcharge will apply. Standard hours are: check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m.

❓ What happens in the event of confinement or travel restrictions?

In the event of confinement or official travel restrictions (concerning the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region or the department of residence of the rental tenant) on the reserved dates, a postponement of your stay will be offered to you . The price may be adjusted according to the period chosen for the postponement , in compliance with our booking conditions.

❓ Is the cottage suitable for toddlers?

Yes, Gîte Osmonde is equipped to accommodate young children . You will find:

• A travel cot (sheets not provided)
• A wooden high chair
• A changing table in a room in the Annex
• Some baby bath accessories

❓ Are there surveillance cameras on site?

Yes, the cottage is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. They are automatically deactivated upon your arrival and only reactivated after your departure , with complete respect for your privacy.

❓ Is the accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

The Gîte Osmonde is not entirely PMR compliant, but most areas are accessible.

The shower in the bathroom/toilet of the Honey House (central house) is Italian-style
