Description of the Osmonde gîte

The Osmonde gîte is the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay and enjoy your family or friends!

In a spirit of relaxation, on a plot of 2600 m2, a few minutes walk from all amenities and the , the î is a set of 3 villas with a capacity of 28 beds with heated swimming pool, large covered terrace and real bar!
 

VILLA no. 1: ""The Traditional""

• 5 bedrooms with double beds
• 1 bathroom
• 1 bathroom with WC
• 1 WC
• 1 ""relaxation"" room with television and games available
   

Between villa n°1 and villa n°2:
A covered outdoor terrace of more than 100 m² including a bar equipped with a professional beer machine (barrel not supplied), 2 electric planchas, a 9 meter long table


VILLA no. 2: ""La Miellerie""

• A kitchen/dining room with everything needed for 28 people (cutlery, glasses, dishes, 2 induction hobs or 6 burners, 2 fridge freezers, 1 top fridge, 1 pyrolysis oven, 2 dishwashers, 3 coffee makers, a Nespresso, a Senséo , one with classic filter, 1 kettle)
• A small living room with flat screen (TNT)
• 1 bedroom with double bed
• 1 shower room/WC
• upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and a master suite (with shower room and separate WC)

VILLA no. 3: ""The annex""

• Terrace shared by the rooms
• 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed + 1 single bed
• 1 dormitory sleeping 6 (including 2 bunk beds: for children only)
• 2 bathrooms
• 2 toilets

On the 2,600m2 plot:

• A secure and heated 5x10 swimming pool from May to September (depending on the weather)
• A pétanque court
• A volleyball net
• A basketball hoop
• A baby swing
• An area with climbing games for children with slide
• A ping-pong table (balls are available on site for all activities)
• Parking for approximately 8 cars

Due to its suburban location and out of respect for the neighborhood, the Osmonde gîte is not suitable for organizing parties or receptions. We expect our guests to behave responsibly and respectfully towards the neighborhood

The Osmonde gîte can only be rented in its entirety, whatever the number of holidaymakers, we will be happy to welcome you
